Whenever children lose a loved one, we always offer wooden shapes for them to decorate as a gift to be placed on the coffin - whether the child is to be present at the funeral service or not. We also make sure that children can represent pets in this way as well via a pawprint for dogs, cat shapes for cats, and birds and fish shapes too..

When Ben Hillas received his stars that his mum, Laura chose for him to decorate for his Great- Grandma Elaine, Ben came up with some spectacular, sparkly designs that we just had to feature. He has made us think that we should start a gallery of the creative designs that we are privileged to see from young members of each family.
